A bridge to International studies

1. Systematic international curriculum construction and international recognition

East & West International Education Group is committed to building an international curriculum system with independent intellectual property rights. The system covers the International Foundation Certificate (IFC), International Year One (IYO), International Master’s Preparatory Program (IPMP), and the 2+2 integrated degree program. EWIE has also developed specialized programs such as German, Spanish, and the US USE (US-Elite) series to meet the diverse needs of international education. These courses are characterized by their international and systematic nature, aiming to ensure that students attain comprehensive and balanced development in knowledge, skills, and competence, and to provide them with a clear academic path and smooth progression. Among them, IFC and IPMP, as core EWIE courses, have been officially recognized by nearly 300 programs in more than 100 universities in countries of the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Ireland, Singapore, and Malaysia, and enjoy the advantage of credit exemption.

2. High-quality teachers to guarantee learning outcomes

Over the past decade, the East&West International Program has been actively implemented in cooperation with many well-known universities in China. Partner institutions include Shanghai Jiaotong University , Xian Jiaotong University, Sun Yat-sen University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Hebei University of Technology, Shanghai International Studies University, Zhejiang University, Central China Normal University, Sichuan International Studies University, Sichuan University, Chongqing University, and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. These programs are supported by experienced and high-quality faculty from our partner institutions, attracting nearly a thousand students each year. Partner institutions not only provide strong academic support for students but also offer all-round guidance in life adaptation and cultural integration to ensure that students receive the best training during the preparatory stage. Since its implementation, more than 10,000 students have pursued further studies abroad through the East&West International Program and returned to China after completing their studies. Many of them have become leaders in various industries, fully demonstrating the effectiveness and international competitiveness of our curriculum. Through cooperation with top domestic and overseas universities, EWIE will continue to improve course content and teaching quality, providing students with the best international education resources and study-abroad preparation.

3. Comprehensive study abroad preparation and further education pathways

The East&West International Program provides comprehensive preparation for students studying abroad, not only focusing on improving students’ language skills but also strengthening their academic knowledge and skills, including academic writing, research methods, and professional courses. The program places particular emphasis on developing students’ cross-cultural communication skills, covering aspects such as the concept of international education, academic norms, and social etiquette, to help students better adapt to and integrate into the academic and social environments overseas. This comprehensive training ensures that students are fully prepared in terms of academic capability and cultural adaptability, enabling them to integrate more quickly into the overseas study environment. After completing the international preparatory course, students can directly gain admission to relevant majors at partner universities, thereby reducing the uncertainty and competitive pressure in the application process and providing them with a stable and reliable pathway to study abroad. In addition, the academic performance and cultural adaptability acquired by students during the preparatory period have significantly enhanced their competitive advantages in applying to other overseas universities, laying a solid foundation for their success in studying abroad.
